MEET ATTORNEY DAVID ROBERTSON

Five years ago, Attorney David Robertson helped us prepare and file our Articles of Incorporation with the State for Global Paint for Charity, Inc. “This would be a perfect business concept to kill two birds with one stone……. The great thing about it is that you will protect the environment because each homeowner in the U.S. has at least 10 gallons of paint in their basement’said Mr. Robertson. Two years later, he made a donation of 15 gallons of paint (New can of paint, never been opened containers) that has been in his basement since he purchased his home in Snellville over two decades ago. Can You Believe It? Well, last year, 5 gallons of the paint was combined along with 80 gallons for a donation to Gwinnett Habitat ReStore for the Door to Homes and Hope initiatives which brings teachers, students and artists together to paint doors to support the Habitat mission and the arts in the community.

Unlike other donations that usually arrive via Habitat Restore truck, Global Paint team and Rony Delgarde personally took charge of the donation by volunteering their time and using their own resources to deliver the paint to Habitat Restore facility in Lawrenceville.

‘We will be able to generate funds to operate our store by selling a portion of the paint and keep 30 gallons for the Door to Homes and Hope projects,’ said the Habitat ReStore former Director Drew Meyer. “Global Paint and our store give the paint a “second life, making it a win-win situation for everyone and the environment. Without a doubt, we value our relationship with Global Paint for Charity and Rony’s team’ Said Mr. Meyer.
